Also on the program we talk to accomplished author Tom Bunn, who when he was an airline captain, began a quest to find a solution that would help fearful fliers control their panic. His book Panic Free: The 10-Day Program to End Panic, Anxiety, and Claustrophobia (New World Library) grew out of a fear-of-flying course that he created.
