
Summer is still here! And honestly, it’s the perfect time for something fresh, bright, and easy to sip while the sun is still out. I thought I’d share one of my favourite recipes for a smoothie that I’ve been drinking a ton this season. It’s simple, tasty, and full of summer flavors that make you feel good inside and out!
Plus, it’s not just fruit in a blender, this is a little moment for yourself to indulge and enjoy!
The recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- A few mint leaves
- Optional: a squeeze of lime
Directions
- Blend everything until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with mint, and enjoy.
Take a minute while you sip. Notice the flavors, the coolness, the smell of fresh mint. It’s small, but it’s yours, a little summer pause in the middle of your day!
