Welcome to the first issue of the Finding Your Bliss magazine! (also known as the Finding Your Bliss blog)!
I’m so excited to share some of the best tips, tools and techniques from my bliss toolkit with all of you. And along with some fantastic contributors, I’m so grateful to be able to bring you the best advice, inspiration, self-help books and sparkling examples of people living their bliss and sharing with you how they got connected and tapped into their passion and purpose!
My name is Judy Siblin-Librach and I’m a Life Coach who specializes in helping people find their purpose. Did you know that the simple act of asking “what is my purpose” on the internet has the power to elicit almost one billion responses. (From “The Path Made Clear, by Oprah Winfrey) This tells us that finding and following our bliss and connecting to our calling or purpose is something that is very much on people’s minds. I have a lot of very cool exercises and suggestions on how to tap into YOUR purpose. And if you’re not sure of what your purpose is exactly, I have some great suggestions on how to help you find out. For those of you who DO know what your calling is, I am happy to share some gentle reminders for not only FINDING YOUR BLISS but LIVING IT too!!
I think I’ve always known that helping people feel happier is my calling. It’s something I have wanted to do ever since my 16th birthday, when my incredible dad wrote me a note that said:
Dear Judy, you are feeling person with a deep concern for others. I hope you always find happiness in bringing happiness to others. Love, Dad.
And little did I know at the time, but that was exactly the path my life was going to take.
