Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, Life Coach and Bliss Expert Judy Librach is joined by Canadian musical theatre veteran and national treasure, Charlotte Moore. Charlotte Moore is from one of the greatest theatrical families in the country. She is the daughter of Mavor Moore, and granddaughter of Dora Mavor Moore, after whom Toronto’s annual theatre awards are named. She also sings from her latest album, “Some Comfort Here”.
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, Life Coach and Bliss Expert Judy Librach is joined by artist, and art instructor Michelle Fish. Michelle is also the founder of Learn Art Online Toronto, and she helps Beginner Adults discover their artistic voice through simple drawing courses. Also on the show, we have award-winning composer Nicky Philips and lyricist and librettist Sarah Zeigler. The duo have teamed up to create the “Teens ‘n Tweens Songbook, New Musical Theatre Songs for the Young (ish) Performer”.
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, a remarkable story. Robyn Keystone is a remedial literacy teacher and linguistic specialist, who teaches adults and children with low levels of literacy, how to read. She has taught inmates in jails, and detention centers, and people from marginalized communities how to read and write. She also talks about her initiative Literal Change, which helps individuals positively connect with their community and navigate a world that is largely dominated by print and text.
Also on the program, Karen Shopsowitz, an award-winning producer, director, editor and cameraperson, whose work has been screened nationally and internationally. Karen joins Judy to tell us more about her latest’s documentary Magic Shadows, Elwy Yost: A Life in Movies, which air on TVOntario on November 27th, 2021.
This week’s featured artist is singer-songwriter, actor and musician Seth Zosky. One of the members of the singing group C.Z.N, Seth is back on the program with an original song that was part of the Mental Health Empowerment Day 2021 conference in Toronto.
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we have Toronto-based makeup artist extraordinaire Melissa Virdo on the program. Her wide range of expertise includes bridal, fashion and print. Melissa is certified by MAC cosmetics, and loves to share all things beauty and lifestyle with her large Instagram following. She also sings for us on the show! Also on the program we have Vancouver-based TV Host, Producer and Writer Christine Blanchette, to talk fitness and entertainment.
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we have author Susie Moore, whose book is “Let It Be Easy: Simple Ways to Stop Stressing and Start Living”. A Celebrity Life Coach and Advice Columnist, Susie has been on the Today Show, Good Morning America, and the Oprah Winfrey Show. Also on the show we have Singer/Songwriter Bill Barnes, who’s been greatly influenced by Gordon Lightfoot’s music and also has a very cool connection to the Canadian Music Legend.
Did you know that many celebrities have frozen their eggs for fertility reasons, people like Kim Kardashian, Amy Schumer, and Emma Roberts, just to name a few. Well this week on Finding Your Bliss, we have a fascinating show all about women freezing their eggs and embryos to preserve their fertility. And joining us is Fertility specialist Dr. Prati Sharma at the CReATe Fertility Centre to tell us also about it. Also on the program, to help us celebrate Halloween, we have Marion Layland from the Little Party Shoppe, who just celebrated the store’s 40th anniversary this year. And singing for us we have singer and musical theatre performer Lily Librach, back on the show by popular demand!

Amy Sky is an award winning singer-songwriter with 13 solo CDs to her credit. Marc Jordan is also a critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter, who has written for many of the major players in the music industry. Together they are on the program to talk about the release of “He Sang. She Sang,” their first-ever duo album.

Hosting the “Live Eye” segment for 23 years, Jennifer Valentyne’s happy and smiling face made her one of the most recognizable faces on morning television. Over the course of her career, she has interviewed several high profile celebrities, but she is also deeply fulfilled by giving back to the community. As well, she is an actor, singer, and a huge Instagram and TikTok Influencer.

This Saturday on Finding Your Bliss: TV host, entrepreneur and former MuchMusic VJ Erica Ehm is joined by experienced educator Luke Coles to discuss the Inside-Out Initiative. Co-founders of the program, part of this “dream team” is helping to empower youth to reconnect with their passion and purpose. Also on the program: thirteen-year-old singer-songwriter, Toronto’s own Mia Baron.
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, one of our favourite guests is back! Ellen Schwartz is an angel and an inspiration to everyone lucky enough to know her. Her book Without One Word Spoken: 25 life lessons from Jacob has now gone into a new edition and been updated with 8 new chapters called, “Jacob’s Story Continues.” This episode is dedicated to the memory of Ellen’s beloved son Jacob Schwartz.
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we have Monica Parker an Award-Winning Actress, Author, and Producer. Having worked in Hollywood and Canada with many of the greats — including Sir Anthony Hopkins, Dan Ayckroyd, Gwyneth Paltrow, John Candy and Kim Catrall — Monica’s Parker’s smart and sassy take on living life to the fullest have made her a much-desired speaker, actress, writer & entertainer. We talk all about her latest book Oops! I Forgot to Save Money, which is a fantastic read and our conversation was lots of fun and so entertaining.
Also on the program is Emilie Naimark, a 13 year old quadruple threat and recording artist in Toronto and Nashville. Performing in musical theatre since she was 7, her rich, soulful, and powerhouse voice is gaining lots of attention on her Instagram account with almost 40K followers! A real singing sensation, she tells her story and sings one of her latest singles on the show.
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we meet a spectacular person who became blind before the age of three and overcame so much adversity with her positive and incredible attitude. Ruth Vallis went to the Ontario School for the Blind in Brantford for 2 years as a young child and was the first blind student to be integrated into the public school system in Toronto. A physiotherapist, she got her degree in London, England at a school for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Her book Love is Blind is a page turner and beyond inspirational.

We will be getting into shape with certified personalized fitness coach Neil Zworth, whose program Endorphin Attainable Fitness, is designed for people over 50. Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we have Canadian physician and mindfulness teacher Lucinda Sykes. For almost 25 years, she has directed Meditation for Health clinic in Toronto — teaching medical programs of mindfulness to more than 6000 patients to help people with problems worsened by chronic stress. She is currently active as a board member of the Canadian Neurovascular Health Society. And she has also developed resources for the emotional well-being of Women 50 and over. His music draws inspiration from Contemporary Pop, R&B, and Soul and he approaches songwriting with a focus on piano. We’re going to hear all about his upcoming EP, “117,” which represents a new Ezra Jordan that no one has ever seen or heard before.
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we have one of the most popular and longest standing hosts ever on the Shopping Channel. For 23 years, Richard Nester was a welcome fixture in all of our living rooms as a beloved on air personality. When he made the on air announcement that he was leaving TSC, not only was he emotional, but so were all of his colleagues and everyone watching all over the world. We’ll talk about some of the highlights of his career and what he’s up to now, and he will also sing on the program!
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, Carolyn Tanner Cohen will be here, the chef and founder of the Delicious Dish Cooking School. It is our 100th episode!!! And so we’re devoting part of this episode to talking about one of the greatest blisses of all and that is food!! And we also have some gorgeous music from uber talented 17 year old singer/songwriter Ethan Young, who won CTV’s hit TV show, The Launch.

Joining us is Happiness Researcher Dr. Gillian Mandich, who is the founder of The International Happiness Institute of Health Science Research; a Research Associate at The World Database of Happiness, and the co-lead investigator of The Canadian Happiness At Work Study. She is also part of the Meant2Prevent research team at SickKids Hospital. She appears regularly in the media and has the most wonderful tips and suggestions on how to lead a happier life.
Also on the program, we have the very talented singer/songwriter Michelle Yu. Michelle Yu (she/her) is a Toronto-based artist who is about to enter her final year at Sheridan College in the Honours Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance Program. She is a big believer in art that reflects the world we live in, especially spotlighting marginalized communities. Currently, you can find her performing in the Toronto Fringe Festival, in a piece called “We Knew Each Other Once Before” by Dante Green.
Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we celebrate the uber talented cartoonist and illustrator Josh Rosen. Josh has done illustration work for magazines, websites, animation projects, documentary films, and roleplaying games. He is also the illustrator of the bestselling Graphic novel The Good Fight, which he collaborated on with author Ted Staunton (Scholastic Canada, 2021). The Good Fight is rightfully getting lots of praise and critical acclaim.
